Oleksandra Pavlenko has been practicing law since 2000, accompanying businesses in high-profile court cases and working with well-known politicians and businessmen. She is known as an expert in judicial protection in corporate conflicts and disputes on the stock market, specialist in public-private partnerships, lobbying and GR. She advises on and conducts multi-discipline cases. One of her main specializations is “political advocacy”.
In 2009-2010 she held the post of authorized representative in the Central Election Commission (CEC) of a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine. In 2012 she was the authorized representative at the CEC from one of the participating political parties.
Legal protection of Russian Airline Sybir in its conflict with the Defense Ministry of Ukraine on aircraft shoot down by Ukrainian rocket on 4 October 2001; asset protection of JSC Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant; counseling and legal support of the President of Ukraine in the signing of international treaties with France are also among well-known and high-profile projects managed by Oleksandra Pavlenko, Over the years she has represented interests of Ukrainian politicians in court.
Oleksandra Pavlenko has considerable experience of resolving disputes on the stock market related to securities, as well as corporate conflicts between shareholders, disputes with issuers, depositories, registrars, custodians and other subjects of the stock market. She developed strategies to protect companies from hostile takeovers and acquisitions (protection against “raider attacks”) and participated in the consideration of significant claims against public authorities.
